When winter arrives at Wachterhof... with a bit of luck, you can move from the breakfast table directly to the slopes. "Ski in, ski out" is celebrated here, whether in the family apartment or the couple's chalet. On snowy winter days, a look out of the window is all it takes. The Wachterhof home slope beckons, and it ends where the skiing fun truly begins: right at the connecting points to the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area. Strap on your skis, hit the slopes, and carve back right up to the doorstep: That's how ski in, ski out works in the Zillertal!

For ski enthusiasts and snow queens, Wachterhof has a lot to offer:
- Ski in, ski out in the Zillertal: Our house slope is "the best connection" to a total of 4 major ski areas in the Zillertal (Hochzillertal-Hochfügen-Spieljoch, Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofner Bergbahnen, Ski & Glacier World Zillertal 3000).
- Skipass at the reception: Be the first instead of waiting in line! The Zillertaler Superskipass is available directly at the reception, providing access to a total of 542 kilometers of slopes.
- Private ski depot: Wet feet? Not at Wachterhof! After your ski-in, ski-out experience in the Zillertal, you can store your equipment in your own depot with boot dryers (available in each chalet/apartment).
- Free use of the regional or ski bus: Instead of using the house slope or as an additional option, you can use the regional or ski bus for free.
- Private Spa: First a skiing session, then a sauna session! In almost all of our chalets and apartments, your feet can thaw in your own Private Spa. A ski day couldn't end much better than in a sauna and a hot tub...
Luck can't be bought. But you can enjoy ski in, ski out in the Zillertal, and that's pretty much the same thing.
